User Agreement
Checking the I agree to the terms box on this page constitutes as your agreement to the Terms and Conditions outlined on this page. Your agreement to these Terms and Conditions is bound by your accessing any pages under Willamette Print Blueprint Inc's website.
Willamette Print Blueprint (WPB Inc.) reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at anytime, with or without formal notice. By accessing any page at wpbinc.com, you agree at that time to be bound to the updated Terms and Conditions. Your access to the wpbinc.com completely or partially, may be terminated or suspended for any reason, at any time, with or without notice.
Customer Login ID and Password
WPB Inc. commercial account customers are given unique login and password codes, which permit them to login to a customer account and place orders, upload files, and more. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when setting up and maintaining an account and for keeping the account login and password secure. Further, customers are entirely responsible for all activities that occur under their own account.
WPB Inc. keeps all customer e-mail addresses, passwords and billing information strictly confidential. In the event of a suspected breach of security or unauthorized use of a customer's account the customer must notify WPB Inc. immediately. Customers agree not to use any other customer's account, at any time, unless expressly granted permission to do so by the account holder; likewise, customers agree not to allow any other customer access to their own account. WPB Inc. is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of customers using one another's accounts.
Media Storage
When you upload your Artwork to WPB Inc., we take every precaution to safeguard it. Even so, we are not responsible for the loss or damage of any stored media.
WPB Inc. will not share your stored media with any third-party entity, unless that party is directly involved in the production of your order.
Order Processing
Any pricing that may appear on the WPB Inc. web site is in US Dollars, and is subject to change at any time. Pricing, including quotes, may not include required setup fees, applicable tax, or shipping costs. Upon order confirmation, all charges will be disclosed before a customer is charged for any print job.
WPB Inc. will provide a proof of each print job before production is started. Only upon approval from the customer will WPB Inc. place an order in production. Upon written approval of a proof, the customer s order will be placed in production.
It is our policy not to make any changes to our customers files. If a customer recognizes any error in a proof such as spelling errors, incorrect graphics, etc the customer must make the change and resubmit the Artwork file.
WPB Inc. is not responsible for errors in customer Artwork, therefore customers are urged to carefully scrutinize proofs when they receive them. We will not honor our satisfaction guarantee for any customer errors, including but not limited to the following:

Typographical errors, such as misspellings, poor grammar, or incorrect punctuation

Graphical errors, such as missing images, misshaped images, missing text and missing fonts

Production errors that are due to incorrect files or information received from the customer, such as wrong cuts due to erroneous crop marks, incorrect folding, and final product size.
As a WPB Inc. customer, you agree by submitting your Artwork to us that you have the right to use the images and text contained therein. WPB Inc. reserves the right to refuse any order that may be illegal in nature or may infringe on the rights of any third party. Furthermore, you accept full legal liability for all of the content of items produced by us on your behalf and under your instruction. WPB Inc. also reserves the right to refuse an order without disclosing a reason.
Site Usage Restrictions
By using the WPB Inc. web site, you are considered to be our customer; as our customer, you agree to the following:

You have read, understood and agree to abide by the WPB Inc. Terms of Use.

You will not use the WPB Inc. web site to make false or fraudulent requests or purchases.

You will not use any form of automation to access the WPB Inc. web site and make purchases or requests.

You will keep your account information current and accurate.

You understand that fraudulent users will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Liability Limitations
WPB Inc., its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, vendors, affiliates and/or subcontractors are not liable for any accident, injury, death, loss, claim, delay, damage or act of God, whether it is consequential, direct, indirect, exemplary, incidental, punitive, or special, as a result of any customer s use of the WPB Inc. web site. This limitation in liability includes, and is not limited to, damages to or loss of data, profits, or time.
As a WPB Inc. customer, you agree that if a covered party is found liable for any damage or loss, the liability of said party shall not exceed the cost assessed by WPB Inc..

All of the content on this web site, including but not limited to, typefaces, logos, graphics, images, icons, designs, verbiage, online tools, software, partner portals, data compilations, products, and services (collectively, Content ) that are under the WPB Inc. domain are the intellectual property and copyrighted works of WPB Inc.. All content is protected by US and International copyright laws and other intellectual property laws; furthermore, WPB Inc. reserves rights it is afforded by law which may or may not be expressly granted herein.
Copyright Release
By using any service of WPB Inc., you agree and acknowledge that you are the legal owner and/or licensee of ALL artwork submitted to WPB Inc.. You also absolve WPB Inc. of any legal liability related to copyright violation and/or infringement. You assume sole responsibility and liability of ALL forms of artwork submitted to WPB Inc.. You will retain ownership of the content uploaded or sent to WPB Inc..
Copyrights
You warrant that the subject matter to be printed is not copyrighted by a third party. You also agree not to infringe on trademarks, patents, trade secrets, the right of privacy, the right of publicity or other legal right of any third party and will comply with all applicable copyright laws, rules, and regulations. You recognize that because subject matter does not have to bear a copyright notice in order to be protected by copyright law, absence of such notice does not necessarily assure a right to reproduce. You further warrant that no copyright notice has been removed from any material used in preparing the subject matter for reproduction. To support these warranties, you agree to indemnify and hold WPB Inc. harmless for all liability, damages, and attorney fees that may be incurred in any legal action connected with copyright
CREDIT POLICY
All invoices are due NET 30 from the date of invoice. Accounts with balances over 60 days will be charged COD until their account is brought current. By providing an email address in the Statement and Invoices area above you will receive an electronic version of your document only. Information regarding your account is available online at www.wpbinc.com
