We received a wonderful note from Heidi Riggs from Parameterix.

I was so thankful for Andy’s help last week when I was in a time crunch and out of my comfort zone that I wanted to tell everyone about my experience. I realized that this is exactly how we want our clients to feel about our service, so I wrote a short article for our employee intranet site using the experience as a teaching moment. Hopefully Andy doesn’t mind me taking his name in vain – I thought I should let him know how much I valued the help that probably felt like a normal day’s work to him!
